One of our membership plans could help you get the dental care that you need. Our yearly and monthly payment options allow you to choose the plan that works best for you. Dental Membership Plan* – Yearly
Child (Ages 1-13) – $249.00/Yr Per Person
Adult (Ages 14 & Up) – $349/Yr Per Person
Benefits Include:
- 2 Dental Prophylaxis (preventive cleanings)
- 2 Fluoride Treatments per year
- 1 New Patient FMX, 2-4 BWX once per year
- 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
- 1 Comprehensive Examination (if a new patient)
- 2 Periodic Examinations
- 1 Emergency Examination (if needed)
- 20% Off Any Other Services
